Transinne è un paese nella provincia belga di Lussemburgo e una frazione di Libin. È soprattutto conosciuto per il Euro Space Center che si trova a circa 2 km a est del centro del paese.
Il nome Transinne sarebbe etimologicamente riferito a thrasinina che significa 'abitazione di Thraso'. Transinne è un'antica comunità e viene già citata negli inventari carolingi dell'abbazia di Prüm come parte dei beni di questa abbazia a Villance.
