Il Mercato Estivo si svolge la domenica più vicina al 29 giugno. Include il mercato tradizionale e la fiera, la valutazione delle pecore, delle razze bianche e blu
e dei cavalli. Inoltre ci sono le biciclette e varie attrazioni. Ogni 50 anni a Sint-Lievens-Houtem e Sint-Lievens-Esse si tengono le festività di San Livino con un vero e proprio corteo! La prossima edizione si avvicina: 2007!
