Thisnes è un comune nella provincia belga di Liegi e una frazione della città di Hannuit. Era un comune autonomo fino a quando nel 1977 è stato aggregato al comune di Hannuit.
Thisnes è, dopo il centro cittadino, la più grande frazione e si trova a ovest del nucleo urbano di Hannuit lungo la strada per Waver. È un paese agricolo nel Droog-Haspengouw, principalmente dedito all'agricoltura e all'allevamento.
