La sfilata di carnevale di Teuven si tiene il sabato prima del mercoledì delle ceneri. La sfilata esiste dal 1985 ed è da allora cresciuta fino a diventare un evento che attrae anche i carnevalisti da lontano, oltre i confini comunali. La prima domenica di luglio a Teuven si tiene l'annuale Teuvenement. Questo è un evento basato sul Preuvenemint di Maastricht. Si utilizza un "Preuflap", un libretto con dieci buoni, con cui si può ottenere qualcosa da assaporare presso ciascuno dei dieci stand, proveniente da dieci paesi o regioni di tutto il mondo. Ogni ultimo fine settimana di agosto si svolgono le feste parrocchiali, che si tengono dal 1980.
