Cerexhe-Heuseux è una frazione della provincia belga di Liegi e una frazione di Soumagne. Heuseux si trova leggermente a nord-ovest di Cerexhe. Fino al 1 gennaio 1977 era un comune autonomo. Cerexhe-Heuseux era un feudo di proprietà del Capitolo di San Pietro di Liegi. La famiglia De Fléron fungeva da tutore. Dal 1286 il Duca di Brabante agiva come tutore. Nel corso del XIV e XV secolo il Duca rivendicò più volte la proprietà della tutela e nel XVII secolo la tutela fu riscattata dal Capitolo di San Pietro.
