Cerexhe-Heuseux er en delkommune i den belgiske provins Liège og en delkommune af Soumagne. Heuseux ligger lidt nordvest for Cerexhe. Indtil 1. januar 1977 var det en selvstændig kommune. Cerexhe-Heuseux var et herred, der var ejet af Saint-Peters Kapitel i Liège. Familien De Fléron fungerede som forvalter. Siden 1286 fungerede hertugen af Brabant som forvalter. I løbet af det 14. og 15. århundrede krævede hertugen flere gange ejerskabet af forvaltningen, og i det 17. århundrede blev forvaltningen igen frigivet af Saint-Peters Kapitel.
