Il Monumentenpark è un luogo di commemorazione che è stato allestito nel precedente cimitero accanto alla Chiesa di Nostra Signora della Nascita a Oostham, nella provincia belga di Limburg.
Il Monumentenpark è stato inaugurato il 19 settembre 2004. In esso sono stati raccolti tutti i monumenti di guerra già presenti nel comune fuso di Ham. Sono anche esposti alcuni monumenti provenienti dalla collezione del Museo Reale dell'Esercito e della Storia Militare.
