Ortho è un antico villaggio che ha svolto un ruolo importante nella zona per lungo tempo. Il campanile quadrato risalente al 1671 si distingue anche di notte grazie all'illuminazione. In stato di abbandono nel 1901, è stato ricostruito nel 1908. I dintorni della chiesa sono molto piacevoli. L'interno imbiancato presenta alcune fonti gotiche del XIV secolo e diverse statue e statuette di santi. La vetrata del coro rappresenta i patroni della parrocchia, Santa Anna e San Remo.
