Il Chefna è un affluente dell'Amblève. Nasce a Ville-au-Bois e sfocia nei pressi della Ferme de Quarreux.
In passato si cercava l'oro nelle acque del fiume. Sulla riva destra si trovano le miniere di una primitiva miniera d'oro del XIX secolo, ma oggi di esse non rimane molto.
