Neidingen è una frazione del comune di Sankt Vith nella Comunità di lingua tedesca del Belgio. Ha circa 85 case e circa 200 abitanti.
Nel villaggio scorre il torrente Braunlauf, un affluente destro dell'Our, che passa anche accanto alla piccola cappella di San Antonio. Il villaggio dispone di una scuola elementare con sei classi in un'unica aula.
