La Schijn è un affluente nel bacino idrografico della Schelda nella provincia di Antverpen. Comprende due fiumi che confluiscono all'altezza del Lobroekdok presso la Schijnpoort per gettarsi insieme nella Schelda: la Kleine Schijn e la Grote Schijn.
L'area di origine della Grote Schijn si trova in un prato paludoso in Meirenstraat presso la fabbrica di mobili Karel Mintjens, a metà strada tra la chiesa del villaggio e l'abbazia dei Trappisti di Westmalle. Scorre poi lungo e attraverso Zoersel, Oelegem, Schilde, Wijnegem, Wommelgem, Deurne, Borgerhout e Merksem. All'altezza di Wommelgem, il Koudebeek si immette nel fiume. Dalla Schoten e Wijnegem proviene la Kleine Schijn, da Schilde la Kleinebeek e la Zwanebeek, e da Wommelgem anche il Diepenbeek, il Rollebeek e il Dorpsloop.
