La chiesa di Sint-Michaël-Sint-Cornelius e Sint-Ghislenus è la chiesa parrocchiale di Machelen-aan-de-Leie. È citata per la prima volta nel 1163.
L'interno della chiesa è tra i più belli della regione. Il grande pellegrinaggio che si tiene annualmente all'inizio di luglio è conosciuto come 'Machelen Gulde'. In passato, 'Machelen Gulde' attirava decine di migliaia di pellegrini, ma dopo la II guerra mondiale la popolarità di questo pellegrinaggio è drasticamente diminuita. Tuttavia, rimane ancora una grande festa popolare.
Attorno alla chiesa si trova anche un bel chiostro restaurato.
