Ex casa dei birrai dell'ex birrificio "Ten Ezele" o "De Sterre" (circa 1400-1935). Casa indipendente di ampie dimensioni con tre/quattro campate e due piani sotto un tetto a padiglione (due abbaini); parzialmente interrato, casa doppia rivolta verso Ezelstraat, possibile con il nucleo più antico conservato. Facciata ancorata, intonacata e dipinta, della prima metà del XIX secolo. Finestre rettangolari, al pianterreno dotate di persiane e curate casse per avvolgibili in legno. Nella seconda campata della facciata laterale destra, grande botola d'accesso al seminterrato sotto la finestra destra e porta con sopraluce diviso. Facciata allineata, dotata di scanalature imitate e abbaino rettangolare in legno del 1924. Cornicione e lista d'acqua allineanti. Due abbaini. Alto e snodato camino sul lato di Oude Zak numero 5.
