Ex residenza, municipio e attualmente centro servizi. Casa doppia isolata di cinque traffici e due piani sotto tetto a due spioventi (tegole fiamminghe, colmo parallelo alla strada), datata dalla prima metà del 19° secolo. Facciata in mattoni intonacata con basamento in ardesia. Angoli sagomati e cornice profilata in pietra ricostituita sotto la cornice in legno e il cornicione a denti su mensole. Finestre rettangolari protette con davanzali in ardesia. Porta centrale rettangolare in nuova cornice modanata di pietra arenaria su piedritti in ardesia; scala di tre gradini. Facciate laterali cieche e facciata posteriore in mattoni con aperture delle finestre rinnovate; nuova ala aggiunta recentemente.
