"Castello Groeneveld" annessa fattoria cresciuta dal cosiddetto "pachthof Vroonevelt", una ex fattoria dell'abbazia di Grimbergen, i cui terreni e casa contadina risalgono almeno al 18° secolo. Il dominio quasi rettangolare è situato nel nord-est del comune, sulla riva orientale del Willebroeksevaart, a ovest delimitato dal canale e a est dal bosco di Kattemeuter. Raggiungibile tramite un viale che corre a sud lungo il dominio e forma anche l'asse centrale del bosco sopracitato.
