Situato in un parco con mura preservate. Ex fattoria trasformata in castelletto nel 1874 (W. Van Hoof) o nel 1877 (P. Diriken), donata nel 1900 all'ente assistenziale del comune come casa per anziani; tuttavia, la proprietà fu venduta nel 1903 e con i proventi nel 1908 fu fondata la casa di riposo in Wilsonstraat. Distrutta durante la Prima Guerra Mondiale e poi ricostruita e adattata più volte, si dice mantenendo le fondamenta del precedente castello.
Villa eclectica di uno + due piani con volumi sfalsati sotto un tetto in ardesia. Base e fasce intonacate, aperture murarie rettangolari e a tutto sesto. Casa del giardiniere angolare a sud-ovest. Ponte di accesso con recinzione in ferro preservata tra i plinti in pietra dura. Nel parco circostante potrebbe esserci una ghiacciaia a ovest della casa.
