Istituita nel 1948 su progetto di R. De Bruyn (vedi iscrizione su plinto in ardesia) in memoria dei prigionieri politici di Lier. Cappella in mattoni a pianta rettangolare sotto tetto a capanna tronco, sovrastato da una croce in ferro. Aperture murarie ad arco. Facciata posteriore con pilastri angolari e intrecci murari; pietra di facciata con anno 1948. Interno sobrio con statua in legno di Santa Rita di F. Rooms (attualmente scomparsa).
