La Nostra Signora di Wijnendale è una cappella di pellegrinaggio a Wijnendale, una frazione della città belga di Torhout. La cappella si trova vicino al Castello di Wijnendale ed è conosciuta nell'Houtland ed è un luogo di pellegrinaggio molto visitato. L'attuale cappella sarebbe riconducibile alla cappella che già era segnata sulla mappa di Ferraris degli anni 1770 come un piccolo luogo di culto.
