Fattoria semi-chiusa chiamata "Withof" del XVII-XVIII secolo. Luogo rettangolare circondato da edifici parzialmente staccati e un elegante torre d'ingresso coronata da un tetto a padiglione. Tradizionale casa contadina a un piano con tetto a due falde; pareti laterali dotate di intonaci decorativi e supporti; fascia di mattoni originali a denti di topo; disposizione di porte e finestre altrimenti modificata. Nelle stalle apparentemente risalenti allo stesso periodo di costruzione è rimasta una piccola finestra rettangolare con cornice profilata e una porta ad arco in arenaria con imposte e chiave di volta. Grande fienile, precedentemente dotato di un ripido tetto a due falde che è stato successivamente modificato; tre oculi nel frontone fornito di intonaci decorativi. Insieme interessante nel paesaggio.
