Il precedente laathof apparteneva in successione alle famiglie van Schoonwinkel, van Alcken (XVI secolo), Gregory (XVII secolo) e Jamar de Montfort (1715); non abitavano la proprietà; questo sembra essere il caso del loro erede Gilles-François Du Vivier (+ 1746); fino al 1926 in possesso della famiglia Du Vivier. Nel 1790 il villaggio viene occupato dai patrioti di Liegi, che assediano la fattoria.
