Edificio isolato, in stile eclettico con influenze neogotiche, su pianta a forma di U. Due piani su un piano terra rialzato sotto tetti a padiglione (in ardesia); anno di costruzione 1898 (cfr. pietra angolare). Muratura in mattoni con utilizzo di pietra dura per gli ornamenti. Basamento in pietra frantumata. Cinque campate, differenziate nella forma. Da sinistra a destra: torre angolare esagonale con pinnacolo, campata d'ingresso, campata leggermente sporgente con frontone a gradoni, campata con abbaino a gradoni e campata fortemente sporgente con facciata a spalla, fiancheggiata da torrette a spillo. Frisi ad arco, fasce di pietra dura e ancore decorative. Finestre rettangolari con davanzali in pietra dura; porte ad arco.
