Sotto la parrocchia. Villa unifamiliare alla fine di un piccolo viale costruita nel 1831 e utilizzata fino al 1908 come parrocchia. Casa doppia di cinque campate e due piani, attualmente sotto un tetto piano. Edificio in mattoni con piano terra fortemente rialzato su un basamento in ardesia. Finestre rettangolari su davanzali in ardesia, un tempo oscurate ma ora dotate di recenti cassonetti per avvolgibili al piano terreno. Porta d'entrata rettangolare in un incorniciatura di ardesia con cornicione esteso e preceduta da quattro gradini; lucernaio con pregiata suddivisione delle vetro e vetro colorato. Facciata rialzata dopo la rimozione del tetto a padiglione con abbaino centrale. FELIX E., Steendorp, o mia preziosa terra..., Steendorp, 1976, p. 33.
