Caffè " 't Ateljeeken". Costruito a forma di L, è una casa di paese indipendente situata all'angolo della strada accanto alla Scheldedijk e con la facciata rivolta verso la chiesa del villaggio di Vlassenbroek di fronte. La casa è già segnata nel piano catastale primitivo (1816), ampliata dopo il 1865 con un volume perpendicolare alla facciata posteriore. Parzialmente ristrutturata. Si dice che un tempo fosse suddivisa in tre abitazioni. Costruzione in mattone ancorato e intonacato su basamento grezzo. Casa unifamiliare di quattro campate dotata di aperture murarie rettangolari sotto travi di legno e con persiane recenti. Porta rettangolare sotto un nuovo portico.
