Questo è il café dei tifosi di Remco Evenepoel. Se c'è qualcosa da festeggiare intorno al campione del mondo, questo è il posto giusto. Il café è inoltre il miglior affare tra tutti i caffè di ciclismo visitati. Qui puoi offrire un giro alla squadra. Nella Rustberg ci sono naturalmente anche molte maglie originali di Remco. Non ci piacciono molto i terrazzi, c'è troppo cemento. Chi passa nel weekend può ricevere delle polpette per ricaricarsi. Nella Rustberg è anche il punto di partenza della R.EV 1703 Cycling Route attraverso il Pajottenland.
