Il duo di architetti Gijs Van Vaerenbergh ha progettato un mulino a vento in acciaio armato, ispirato ai disegni di Bruegel. In alcuni dipinti e incisioni di Pieter Bruegel, il mulino gioca un ruolo importante, come nella Crocifissione del 1568. La leggera struttura rappresenta il precedente rapporto tra il paesaggio produttivo e il carattere rurale che è ormai scomparso da tempo. L'opera si trova in un paesaggio aperto ed è visibile da lontano.
