Immagina di attraversare questa Rogierlaan: nei primi anni '90 del 1800, gli appassionati di ciclismo di Bruxelles organizzano qui spesso gare di bicicletta! La lunga strada diritta con molte differenze di altitudine offre un percorso perfetto. I partecipanti alternano l'ingresso e l'uscita dalle valli della Zenne e del Maalbeek.
Qui vedi anche le biciclette gialle Villo!. Con un abbonamento puoi prendere in prestito una bicicletta in una stazione e restituirla in un'altra. Molti utenti pedaleranno dalla città alta alla città bassa e faranno il viaggio di ritorno con i mezzi pubblici. I dipendenti di Villo! rimettono le biciclette nelle stazioni. JCDecaux, gestore dei cartelloni pubblicitari, ha introdotto il sistema nel 2009 con 2.500 biciclette e 180 stazioni. Dieci anni dopo, quei numeri sono raddoppiati.
