Il Sint-Lievenscollege è un gruppo scolastico cattolico a Gand, composto da scuole elementari, un liceo, una scuola di commercio e un collegio. Il Sint-Lievenscollege si trova nei pressi della confluenza tra il Leie e la Schelda.
Il 2 ottobre 1865 si insegnò per la prima volta all'Institut Saint-Liévin. Su iniziativa della diocesi di Gand, venne fondata questa nuova scuola per fornire un'istruzione cattolica ai ragazzi della piccola borghesia. Mons. H. Bracq pose la scuola sotto la protezione del patrono di Gand: Sint-Lieven. Nel primo giorno di scuola si contarono 24 alunni.
