B&B Het Tijdloze Uur è una piccola struttura ricettiva in una villa art decò ristrutturata lungo la Leie. La casa si trova negli "Assels", un'isola verde, circondata su tutti i lati dall'acqua. La villa gode di una vista su un tipico paesaggio della Leie. Drieleien è il luogo dove la Leie scorre in due direzioni diverse. Il ramo settentrionale si dirige verso il centro di Drongen ed è ormai inadatto alla navigazione. Il ramo meridionale scorre attraverso la chiesa di Afsnee verso il centro di Gand. Nelle paludi basse del lago si radunano masse di oche canadesi. Sulla strada arginale, i numerosi escursionisti godono della parata di barche e dei rigogliosi giardini delle ville.
