Dai padri agostiniani sono rimasti soprattutto la serena quiete e il suggestivo campanile del XVIII secolo. L'ex birreria abbaziale è stata trasformata in un affascinante hotel con 60 camere confortevoli.
Il grande giardino, con frutteto e laghetto, si presenta come un inno di lode della madre natura.
Paesini come Lampernisse, Stuivekenskerke o Booitshoeke si trovano qui, insieme a siti prestigiosi come la Torri di Ijzer o il museo In Flanders Field, a pochi passi di distanza.
