Questa ex azienda tessile si trova in una curva del Molenbeek, accanto al Brembosmolen. L'azienda è stata fondata nel 1921 dalla famiglia Annicq ed era specializzata nella filatura e nella tintura delle fibre tessili. L'edificio è stato preservato e restaurato con rispetto per il suo passato architettonico. Ora qui si trova De Cultuurfabriek, una location per eventi unica ai piedi del Muziekbos.
