Ad ovest di Zeelaan si trova il quartiere Dumont, di cui Dumontlaan forma l'asse centrale. Nel quartiere Dumont puoi ancora ammirare una serie di particolari architettonici dell'epoca pre-bellica. L'architetto Dumont è stato incaricato di sviluppare la prima fase di urbanizzazione. Dumont è stato assistito in questo da altri architetti come Georges Hobé e Jozef Viérin.
