Il Belgio fiammingo è un governo territoriale in Belgio. È stato istituito per legge l'8 agosto 1980, così come il Belgio vallone e la regione di Bruxelles. Di solito, il Belgio fiammingo è semplicemente chiamato Fiandre. La regione è parte della struttura belga delle comunità e delle regioni. La lingua ufficiale è il neerlandese. A causa della fusione immediata delle istituzioni regionali e comunitarie fiamminghe, in pratica non ci sono servizi separati, né consigli di amministrazione, né un governo regionale per il Belgio fiammingo. Le competenze della regione sono stabilite nella Costituzione belga e nella Legge speciale sulla riforma delle istituzioni. Il Belgio fiammingo non ha competenze a Bruxelles.
