Sint-Jan-ter-Biezen è un paesino nella provincia belga del West-Vlaanderen, nel territorio del comune di Poperinge. Si trova al confine tra il comune principale di Poperinge e la frazione di Watou.
Il luogo è una parrocchia dal 1874. A Sint-Jan-ter-Biezen si trova la chiesa di San Giovanni, costruita nel 1893-94 e 1906. È una chiesa a navata con campanile. La chiesa è stata parzialmente distrutta da un temporale nel 1971, ma è stata restaurata sei anni dopo.
