Il basso edificio in mattoni, Soleil du Nord, ospita diversi servizi sociali, un locale per operatori di strada e un asilo nido. La pensilina in cemento a sinistra conferisce più colore all'insieme.
→ Passeggia sotto la pensilina verso il vicino parco Gaucheret. Segui il sentiero tra gli alberi fino al campo sportivo centrale.
