Château-ferme de Royseux è anche chiamato Château-ferme de Barse .
L' edificio principale del XVI secolo , costruito sulle rive dell'Hoyoux, è annesso ad un torrione quadrato della fine del Medioevo . Una cappella faceva parte dell'edificio. La fattoria del castello (XVII e XIX secolo) è fiancheggiata da torri fortificate.
Stranamente la fattoria e il mastio sono in mano a proprietari diversi.
Del castello si racconta anche la leggenda delle pietre del diavolo di Royseux.
