Questo monumento in onore dell'ascesa al trono del re Alberto I e della regina Elisabetta si trova nel Parc Docteur Louis Thiry.
Si tratta di un assemblaggio di grandi blocchi di diversi tipi di pietra rinvenuti nel comune, con due bassorilievi in bronzo raffiguranti il re Alberto e la regina Elisabetta e un piatto intarsiato.

31 LUGLIO 1910
Questo monumento fu inaugurato il 31 luglio 1910, appena 7 mesi dopo il giuramento di re Alberto I , diventando così il monumento più antico del parco di Aywaille.
In occasione del 75° anniversario della Liberazione e delle Giornate dei Monumenti Aperti 2019, il monumento è stato completamente ristrutturato e le piante che lo adornano sono state splendidamente rinnovate.
