La "Source de la Pélerine-voie" si trova lungo la strada di Reickem , che i pellegrini percorrevano per recarsi a Banneux o molto più lontano.
Fu progettato in modo che l'acqua potesse defluire in un ceppo con una conchiglia in cima.
La "Promenade Reickem", anticamente nota come "Pèlerine-Voie", era già utilizzata nel XV secolo dai pellegrini diretti in Francia, Italia e Spagna . Questo percorso attraversa gran parte delle foreste a nord di Spa.
