Il ‘Botike’ della Ferme de la Berwète è aperto il sabato dalle 10:30 alle 17:30. La fattoria delle capre è iniziata nel 2014. Le capre formano un branco multicolore con diverse razze di capre mescolate. Vengono venduti crottin freschi, piccanti, semistagionati e secchi, ma anche cendré, tommes e maquées, tutti fatti con latte crudo. Le capre vengono munte a mano e tutto il latte viene lavorato in loco. Qui troverai anche saponi artigianali con proprietà idratanti e addolcenti, ideali per trattare problemi della pelle come dermatiti, eczema e psoriasi. I gestori della fattoria desiderano anche accogliere persone in questo luogo e condividere le loro esperienze e conoscenze. Per questo motivo vengono organizzati corsi della durata di mezza giornata per imparare a fare formaggio e sapone.
