Questo itinerario inizia dalla chiesa di Moulin Du Ruy , Stavelot o Coo.

Prima una lunga salita fino a 500 m , ma per questo si sceglie la strada meno ripida. Una volta in cima segue una discesa verso Stavelot con una splendida vista sulla valle dell'Amblève. Attraverso il 'rocher du diable' si passa attraverso un tunnel (seguire il sentiero GR) fino a Stavelot . È il momento di una terrazza dopo questa prova!

Via Parfondry si va a Coo. Noi scegliamo di evitare le alture di Ster e seguire il fianco fino alla stazione di Coo.
È il momento di visitare le cascate (si può anche scendere dietro la chiesa) e di sorseggiare qualcosa sulla terrazza di una delle tante brasserie.

Il viaggio di ritorno passa per PlopsaCoo, sul ponte ferroviario. A Font du Loup prendiamo la direzione della valle di Roannay.

Ritorniamo al Moulin du Ruy attraversando questa splendida valle.
