Description by the author

This route starts at the church of Moulin Du Ruy , Stavelot or Coo.

First a long climb to 500m , but the least steep road is chosen for that. Once at the top follows a descent to Stavelot with a beautiful view of the Amblève valley. Via the 'rocher du diable' it goes through a tunnel (follow the GR path) to Stavelot . Time for a terrace after this ordeal!

Via Parfondry it goes to Coo. We choose to avoid the heights of Ster and follow the flank to the station in Coo.
Time to visit the waterfalls (also go down behind the church) and have a drink on a terrace in one of the many brasseries.

The return journey goes via PlopsaCoo, over the railway bridge. At Font du Loup we take the direction of the Roannay valley.

We return to Moulin du Ruy via this beautiful valley.
