Bodio è un comune svizzero di 1 037 abitanti del Canton Ticino, nel distretto di Leventina, parte della Regione Tre Valli.
È posto nella bassa Val Leventina, sul fondovalle percorso dal fiume Ticino. Buona parte delle abitazioni si sviluppa su un cono di deiezione creato dal torrente "Dragone", sfociante appunto nel fiume Ticino.
