International Watch Company è un'azienda svizzera produttrice di orologi di lusso, facente parte del Gruppo Richemont.
L'azienda fu fondata nel 1868 dall'ingegnere e orologiaio Florentine Ariosto Jones, che in precedenza aveva lavorato per la E. Howard & Co.. La primaria finalità di questa azienda era quella di produrre orologi da tasca per il mercato americano. Nel 1875 l'azienda viene trasferita in una nuova sede, ancora oggi casa madre della manifattura, che al tempo contava 196 dipendenti.
