Il Museo della Preistoria di Zugo è un museo archeologico del Canton Zugo, in Svizzera. È l'unico museo cantonale di Zugo che appartiene all'Ufficio della cultura.
Il Museo cantonale della preistoria è stato fondato nel 1930 da una fondazione cantonale per la promozione della ricerca preistorica. Il museo era basato sulla collezione privata del mercante Michael Speck. Si trovava nel seminterrato della scuola cantonale "Athene", proprio di fronte alla posizione attuale. Nel 1946, la mostra fu spostata in locali più luminosi in un'ex fabbrica di sigari. Dopo l'istituzionalizzazione dell'archeologia cantonale nel 1986, l'Ufficio della cultura ha riposizionato il museo. È stato riaperto alla fine del 1997 come museo della preistoria in Hofstrasse 15.
