Werdinsel, noto anche come Limmatauen Werdhölzli, è un'isola e un'area protetta nel Limmat in Svizzera.
Situata nell'ex comune indipendente di Höngg, oggi l'isola fluviale è una popolare area ricreativa, parco pubblico e bagno nel Limmat, situata nell'area suburbana settentrionale della Valle del Limmat a Zurigo. L'isola ha una lunghezza massima di circa 550 metri e una larghezza massima di circa 125 metri. Il suo punto più alto si trova a circa 403 metri sopra il livello del mare, a pochi metri sopra il livello del fiume a Zurigo-Höngg. La distanza minima dalla riva è di circa 10 metri e l'isola è anche separata dal canale artificiale Giessen.
