La chiesa di Würzbrunnen è una ex chiesa di pellegrinaggio nel comune di Röthenbach im Emmental, nel Canton Berna, in Svizzera.
Al posto dell'attuale chiesa tardo gotica, in precedenza c'era una chiesa di legno, che si dice sia stata donata da Leuthold von Rümligen. Nel 1148, Papa Eugenio III.dem abbazia di Rüeggisberg confermò i suoi diritti di proprietà sulla chiesa di Würzbrunnen e sul piccolo monastero di Röthenbach. Dopo un incendio nel 1494, la chiesa fu ricostruita nella sua forma attuale, e nel 1779 l'interno fu dipinto in forme barocche con molti versetti della Bibbia.
