La stazione di Hergiswil è una stazione ferroviaria svizzera situata nel comune di Hergiswil, nel Canton Nidvaldo. Si trova all'incrocio della linea Brünig, che collega Lucerna e Interlaken, e della linea Lucerna–Stans–Engelberg. Entrambe le linee sono a scartamento metrico e di proprietà della società ferroviaria Zentralbahn. A sud della stazione la linea Brünig entra nel tunnel Lopper I fino ad Alpnach mentre la linea Lucerna–Stans–Engelberg entra nel tunnel Lopper II fino a Stansstad.
La stazione di Hergiswil è una delle due stazioni che servono Hergiswil, l'altra è Hergiswil Matt, che si trova sulla linea Brünig a circa 1,5 chilometri a nord.
