Le regioni di Sierre e Salgesch si trovano sulla riva destra del Rodano. Grazie alle sue numerose giornate di sole, Sierre è spesso definita la "Città del Sole". L'autobus parte dalla stazione di Sierre (542 m) lungo la strada Val d'Anniviers. Dopo alcuni tornanti e un giro attraverso le gole della valle, scendere alla fermata Pontis a Fribougxe (1001 m). Dopo un'escursione piuttosto faticosa di un'ora, vi imbatterete in un piccolo paradiso chiamato Soussillon (1388 m). Si prosegue in salita per altri 30 minuti per raggiungere il villaggio di Chandolin (1868 m). Escursione da Chandolin a La Tuelle e Lebing prima di raggiungere St-Luc (1655 m).
