La Niederkirchnerstraße è una strada nel quartiere Mitte di Berlino, al confine sud del quartiere omonimo con il quartiere Kreuzberg. Prende il nome da Käthe Niederkirchner, un'oppositrice comunista al nazismo. Fino al 1951, questa strada era denominata Prinz-Albrecht-Straße. Con questo nome, dal 1933 al 1945, divenne un sinonimo dell'apparato di terrore della dittatura durante il periodo nazista. La sede della Gestapo, il Reichssicherheitshauptamt e le SS si trovavano qui. Dal 1961 al 1989, lungo la strada si estendeva il Muro di Berlino.

La strada fu costruita negli anni 1870 con il titolo provvisorio di Verlängerte Zimmerstraße come strada privata.
