Il castello di Ribbesbüttel era un castello a Ribbesbüttel nell'attuale distretto di Gifhorn, di cui non sono rimaste tracce.
Il castello, che in seguito fu chiamato anche palazzo, presentava, secondo una descrizione del 1584, un fossato, bastioni, avamposti, stalle e fienili. Un'incisione di Merian del 1654 lo ritrae. Successivamente, era composto da due torri cilindriche e diversi edifici, per lo più costruiti in legno. La struttura si trovava su un plateau elevato. L'incisione mostra accanto e davanti al castello e al fossato alcuni edifici agricoli, circondati da un alto recinto.
