Bruttig-Fankel è un comune del Land tedesco della Renania-Palatinato e fa parte del circondario di Cochem-Zell. Bruttig-Fankel si trova lungo il fiume Mosella, a pochi chilometri a monte di Cochem ed è composto dai villaggi di Bruttig e Fankel, che si sono uniti. La popolazione ammonta a 1.110 abitanti. Entrambi i villaggi sono molto antichi. Bruttig è già citato in un documento del 898; il primo riferimento a Fankel risale a circa 1100.
Nella frazione di Fankel si trova una chiusa sul Mosella con un dislivello di 7 metri.
